Kent GreenesKent Greenes has worked internationally in a variety of executive, operations, technology and business renewal roles in the energy, research and engineering industries. He is known and recognized globally as a pioneer in the field of Knowledge Management (KM). Kent started his own consulting practice in January, 2006, to provide business leaders with coaching and advice in KM. He currently is Executive in Residence at George Washington University where he is initiating a new program to research the Enterprise of the Future. Kent worked in BP for 17 years where he started as a geophysicist and progressed through a variety of key leadership and management positions. He initiated and directed BP's acclaimed Knowledge Management and global Virtual Teamwork (VT) Programs. Kent joined SAIC as their CKO in 1999 and immediately established a KM consulting practice from the ground up that became highly respected in the public and private sectors. In 2005, Kent initiated SAIC's internal business transformation effort to become a high performance company. Over the past twelve years, Hubert and her team have researched and worked with more than 350 organizations to help leaders implement innovative solutions guided by results-oriented KM strategies. Over the years, Hubert has spoken at many global conferences focused on knowledge management including APQC's annual Knowledge Management Conferences, KM World, and the Association for Manufacturing Excellence. Hubert has served as an instructor in Knowledge Management at Rice University's Executive Education Graduate School of Management. Richard McDermott

She is the author of seven books as well as over 50 articles that focus on how organizations learn. Before forming her own company, Common Knowledge, Dr. Dixon was Professor of Administrative Sciences at The George Washington University in Washington DC and earlier was a member of the Human Resource Development graduate faculty at The University of Texas, Austin. Dr. Dixon serves as an Editorial Reviewer for the Human Resource Development Quarterly and as a Member of the Editorial Board for Management Learning and for Action Learning: Research & Practice.
